Demo EP 		The demo is here!!!!
The first run of our demo EP is finally printed and ready to wander around! We thank to the wonderful people from Duplications (specially Mme. Cindy Charbonneau) and our graphic designer, Noel Fernández, for the great job with the printing and the artwork, respectively. By the way, this was a very small run, but we'll put some copies for sale in few days. Please, click on the icon of the cover at your left for some pictures, and once again, stay tuned!
15/06/2007 We are done with the mastering process and the results are far from being perfect, but still good enough for a very-low-budget demo. We bet you'll have a blast with our music in spite of all the imperfections. In fact, we are very proud about what we have accomplished, as we realize that we did this job under very adverse conditions. It is indeed a GREAT job -- just wait and see! And well, at the very end, if we had good conditions to record and perform we wouldn't be looking for a record deal, right? :-) So said, in one month or so our little EP will be available. Stay tuned!

21/02/2007 After some deliberating, we've decided to add a couple of songs "rescued" from the archives. We think that our potential fans deserve a bit more of material to better appreciate Montserrat's music, so the decision is taken and there's no roll-back. Now the demo would be a 5 tracks EP and we'll be getting it out very soon!!

10/01/2007 The new year begins in full swing, and Montserrat hasn't give up the fight despite the obstacles. After careful consideration, we'll be trying to finish up the demo project in the first half of 2007, though the results might be less ambitious than what was initially planned. We could poorly record three songs in a home made studio under extremely harsh conditions: power offs, bad sound, pc crashes and more. To topple it all, we had to leave the sequenced drums, so you won't be able to appreciate Pachi's talents yet. Still, we're getting ready to ship a demo CD and hope that the record labels will appreciate and acknowlegde the talent beyond the quality of our recordings and technical difficulties. We know we have something musically good to offer, and we're very proud of what we've accomplished so far. At the end, it’s the journey, and not the end in itself that is worthy. So, we should have good news soon!.
